Clinical Psychologist Website Design

The Brief

Vanda is a clinical psychologist based in Lisbon and Cascais, offering therapy in Portuguese, Spanish, and English. She needed a website built from scratch, one that felt safe and trustworthy, communicated her services clearly, and worked for both Portuguese and international patients.

What we did

We started with research and content strategy, understanding Vanda's patients, her approach, and how she wanted to be perceived. Joana led the UX writing and content, while I handled UX, UI, and Webflow implementation.

The site was designed to feel calm and human, with a clear hierarchy, approachable tone, and no unnecessary complexity. The bilingual structure (PT/EN) was built in from the start, reflecting the reality of her practice.

Key decisions: a single-page structure to reduce friction, a contact form as the primary CTA, and a services section structured around patient needs rather than clinical terminology.

The result

A fully bilingual website live in both Portuguese and English, built and launched in Webflow. Since launching, Vanda has seen a measurable increase in contact requests from new patients.
